minimal maintenance.
TWO YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY - PLEASE READ COMPLETELY
This product has been
engineered and crafted with great care for your satisfaction. All
chillers have a two year limited warranty covering both parts and
labor. Aqua Logic, Inc. warrants its Cyclone® and Delta Star® water
chillers to be free of defects in materials or workmanship for a
period of two years from the date of purchase.
In the event of a
defect or failure of the product, CALL AQUA LOGIC, INC. AT 858.292.4773
FOR RETURN AUTHORIZATION. Return the chiller with the original
packaging freight prepaid along with proof of purchase or a copy of
the original bill of sale to:

COD shipments will be refused. The Aqua
Logic® serial number must accompany the unit.
After inspection to ascertain that there
is a defect due to materials or workmanship and that the product is
under warranty, Aqua Logic, Inc. will repair or replace the product at our
discretion and return ship the unit.
Our liability is limited to the cost of
the defective materials. In no case will Aqua Logic, Inc. assume liability
for consequential damage resulting from any failure. Not covered by
this warranty are damage due to corrosion, abuse, accidental,
alteration, unreasonable or improper use. Our warranty also does not
cover cracked PVC evaporator shells that are the result of evaporator
freeze up due to low water flow rates. Aqua Logic, Inc. is not liable for
payment of field repair work without prior written authorization.

replace all other warranties, express or implied, including any
warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We
disclaim and exclude all other warranties. In no event will our
liability of any kind include any special, incidental or consequential
damages, including lost profits, even if we have knowledge of the
potential loss or damage.
Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the
above exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific
legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state
to state.”
