Aqua Logic’s Double Stack Kitchen tanks are ideal
to hold live seafood in kitchens that want to maximize holding capability
in a minimal space. Holding your products displayed in a beautiful Aqua
Logic tank will enhance profitability as well as comply with Board of Health regulations.
Aqua Logic's thermal pane glass tanks are constructed from the
finest materials under tight quality control. The glass is tempered
to resist breakage then bonded with industrial adhesives.
Proprietary tank construction prevents tanks from ever fogging or
leaking. The frame around the tank is 316 grade stainless steel. All
weld voids are filled, then ground down flush.
This is a complete seawater system including a state of the art titanium seawater chiller, magnetic drive pump, venturi aeration and thermostat. The chilling coils are made of titanium, which are completely non-corrosive in seawater. Aqua Logic’s patented cellular filters combine biological and mechanical filtration to maintain sparkling clear water every day. Biological reduction of Ammonia occurs on the cellular filters. These filters are filled with activated carbon and are easily removed for cleaning.
This system allows the customer to
maintain a different temperatures in each tank, so different species
can be held in the same tank system.
Water cooled chillers are also available
for these systems.
